The delivery team were very professional and polite, they called 10 minutes before arrival and made the delivery go smoothly. This is my second bed and mattress from Bensons and I will definitely be returning due to the wonderful customer service from the staff in the shop, the communication received by Bensons with updates re delivery etc, and the delivery team themselves were all excellent.
My bed and mattress are even better than when I viewed them in store. 10/10 Bensons for bed ??

Excellent service as always from Bensons for Beds. Ayr branch staff are extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. After showing the range of mattresses which suited our needs they left us to make our minds up and then finalised the details. The store was well lit and well organised and clean and tidy. Mattress was delivered on time on the arranged date and the old one taken away for recycling of all component parts as explained on purchase. Very good delivery men, Stewart and Phill, were efficient, friendly and respectful of us as customers and of the house and surroundings.

On walking in to the Heathfield shop, Ayr, it felt clean, bright & professional. Jocelyn, the lady who served us was polite, friendly & professional. The whole experience was so pleasant. Also the delivery men were polite & took great care when in my house. The whole experience of dealing with Benson?s has been great.

Good experience, able to ask plenty of questions, and was given explanations of what was available. Unrushed, no pressure and able to go away to consider prices etc., for my needs. Came back and tried mattresses to suit and ordered. Delivery and assembly was easy and only took 10 minutes.

Jocelyn was very knowledgeable . Her years of experience showed. We live in a relatively remote area of Scotland. Their secondary delivery company was very efficient in and out within minutes and took away our old mattress . Jocelyn advised me on the most appropriate mattress for me as a runner and for recovery from long runs . Excellent service and after care
