I spent £81 in the shop but sadly one of the items I bought for my wife a designer dress at £25 was 2 small I returned to the shop and was told in no uncertain terms no refund no credit note you just have to take something to the value we are a charity and all monies have to stay within itI offered to donate the dress so they could sell it again and my wife could come back and use the £25 again the no compromise manageress said that will be right it?s your property not ours take it away !!! You have 28 days

This shop works tirelessly to raise funds for those with cancer. The staff are dedicated and friendly. The stock is always clean and presented well. They have a range of new goods aswell, with clothes, cards and household items, which may be a wee bit expensive but if its for charity.can we complain.
