“Just collected my V90 from Grant at Parks in Ayr. Travelled down from West Lothian to collect the car and I have to say the journey was more than worth it.The whole team have been brilliant from the very first contact to the detailed handover of the car.Grant has a great passion and flare for his job that is rare to find in someone so young. His communication skills are top drawer and it was nice throughout the process that Chris the Manager kept in personal contact, making sure everything was running as it should.Thanks also to the service department for their swift resolution of a software upgrade for the car, and surprisingly on the house too while I waited.Great job team and thanks again :)Sorry to have to edit this, but when the V5 arrived it wasn't registered to the business as requested.We were just left to sort this ourselves. An unfortunate bad taste in the mouth left after such 5 star service until the sale was completed.”
