Had a small repair to my car, 5 star service, when I collected my car, it had been cleaned inside and out, excellent customer service, thank you.

Nothing but problems. Car went in with a few faults to be rectied came out with same faults and a broken radiator pipe that leaked all over engine compartment. Handbrake still won't release so taking car to competent garage to rectify and send them the bill for work that has to be put right. If they Don't pay bill I will take legal action against them . All they want is sale commission, after care they don't know how to . Said car had a valet, that's why I found hair clips paper jammed down beside steering column pen . Had the car PROFESSIONALLY CLEAN be people who know how to valet. Steer well clear of this lot. Got a call today 06/02/2024 asking about car, again tried to explain I think rear brakes need new CALIPERS to fix problem their response from Ayr you have to get Authorisation from Kilmarnock dealer. I'm not chasing them like I've said keep well clear if buying car with cash. THEY DONT WANT TO KNOW ABOUT PROBLEMS.

Staff aren't the greatest. Long drive to get there and the person we are waiting to speak to walks past us twice and says nothing, after sitting waiting 40 mins we were never even offered a glass of water.

Went and enquired about a new car for my wife, over 24 hrs we have been pestered with 7 phone calls which in my opnion is pestering a customer.gave them a monthly budget and for some reason they could not understand fifty pounds a month more than our budget is not acceptable. Avoid this branch at all costs unless you like answering your phone to be pestered.we have dealt with your vauxhall branch in stirling for the past 18 cars and have never had this type of harassment.
