Have received a reminder that I was due an eye test, I called 2020 on Saturday morning to make an appointment. When I informed Ross I was having an issue with my eye he arranged for me to be seen in the afternoon. For my appointment I was looked after by Varqa who was incredibly thorough. She spent what seemed an age examining my eye and decided she was unhappy with what she found. She then called the eye clinic at Ayr Hospital a number of times before finally speaking to a consultant. By this time it was almost 5pm and the clinic arranged an appointment for Monday. The consultant confirmed I had a tear in my retina and I was then treated by laser treatment. The consultant told me that the tear was in a very difficult place to see and I was lucky it was spotted. I?m very grateful to Varqa for being so conscientious and taking the time to be so thorough. I?d highly recommend Varqa and the team at 2020.

Robyn was friendly and professional she kept me informed throughout my eye examination of what she was doing and why. I was taken on time and there was no pressure to purchase new glasses. Robyn put me at ease and was friendly.
