Exhaust broke while on holiday in Aviemore - RAC ended up getting someone from Ross's Garage to come out to me. They turned up quickly and got my car drivable again so I would be able to drive back home. Thanks so much!

Broke down last month, RAC sent out a gentleman from Ross?s Garage, Frazer, kind, concerned for my safety and wellbeing, polite and courteous while getting straight to work diagnosing the problem, explained exactly what was showing up on the diagnostic reader, he arranged recovery for me, couldn?t have asked for a nicer gentleman to help, Ross?s Garage should be proud to have him in their employment, as well as Alison, she kept in regular touch with me explaining everything that was going on, gave me choices and options whilst never making me feel pressured or rushed into making a decision. Great team in my opinion *****

Ross Garages came to my rescue on friday 1st December, when I got lost in the snow on a forest track and got stuck because my campervan could not get back up the hill I had went down by mistake, and it slid onto the verge,They were really busy and I thought I may have to wait until the morning, but to my surprise a recovery vehicle and driver appeared just after 10pm, the driver was very skilled doing his job, and very clear when giving instructions, it was rather complicated getting me out, but they managed it, so I can thoroughly recommend Ross Garage if you need rescued. Top quality service.

Friendly reliable service. Thank you for looking after my broken down car from aviemore and bringing it to me very quickly. Paul that took my car home was very friendly and efficient. Chris from the inverness branch was very helpful and got us out of a bad situation working well with the RAC team. Many thanks..... would recommend this company and would use them again.

Ross is an absolute lifesaver. When Enterprise left us stranded for over 5 hours with no updates, we eventually gave up waiting for them and called Ross. Thank god we did. He came out as soon as possible, and fixed our car in 10 minutes flat, all for essentially cost of parts.We were honestly surprised at how cheap it was, given the circumstance. Cannot recommended Ross highly enough

Driving back down south after Christmas and heard an awful noise from the car, pulled into the nearest town and thankfully Ross?s garage was open. He took the car into the garage and thankfully it was just a stone, he didn?t charge us anything for the service and we were back on the road in 30 minutes.
