We visited the Aviemore store yesterday on holiday looking for logs etc for an outdoor log burner. A member of staff called Gail asked if we needed help and she was absolutely amazing! Not only did she give us advice on the do's and don'ts of using the log burner but having seen Home Bargains were out of stock of the logs we needed, she went next door to Aldi to see if they had them for us! When they didn't she told us where to get them locally and she helped us pop everything else we needed into our trolley. Gail truly went above and beyond and i really hope she gets some sort of recognition for her customer service. She is a credit to Home Bargains, thank you again Gail. If we need anything else whilst on holiday we'll definitely be back!!

I have to say I am very very very very impressed with this home bargains ...I have been to home bargains across the country and I have never seen a home bargains as well stocked as this one .It literally has everything from electronics ,winter clothing .toys and the largest selection of children's books I have ever seen in one of there shops and so many other things I cannot even begin to list

I visited Aviemore home bargains for first time at weekend. I wanted to get tomato feed and some Unicorn seeds ( ??) that my granddaughter had seen. I did a tour of some aisles and was getting nowhere. A member of staff asked if she could help and directed me to where I needed to be to find the items. She pointed out the items I needed, while staying out with the distance required and pointed me in direction of tills with my purchases. I asked her name and she said it was Jess. (?) Many thanks Home bargains for having a staff group who are sympathetic to older shoppers like me and show patience when they are obviously so busy. Thank you.

I visited this afternoon and was greeted by Roland who got me a trolley for the bark I needed, took me quickly through checkout and loaded the bags into my car for me. Excellent service.
