“We visited the Aviemore store yesterday on holiday looking for logs etc for an outdoor log burner. A member of staff called Gail asked if we needed help and she was absolutely amazing! Not only did she give us advice on the do's and don'ts of using the log burner but having seen Home Bargains were out of stock of the logs we needed, she went next door to Aldi to see if they had them for us! When they didn't she told us where to get them locally and she helped us pop everything else we needed into our trolley. Gail truly went above and beyond and i really hope she gets some sort of recognition for her customer service. She is a credit to Home Bargains, thank you again Gail. If we need anything else whilst on holiday we'll definitely be back!!”
