Most likely the worst I have been treated in a cafe. Me and my partner came in from a hill day order two hot chocolates and waiting for the kitchen to open again after a shift change.40 Minutes went by.... no hot chocolates...We decided to leave, no one even asked ehy we were leaving.I'm not one to moan about cafes being busy and slow service. This cafe was not busy and no service

I recently bought a new harness online from Cairngorm to take on a via ferrata holiday. I chose to get it delivered to a DHL service point, but when they tried to deliver it was refused. I emailed Cairngorm and asked them to look into it for me. They rang me straight away and said there was an issue with the scanner at the service point, so I'd have to reschedule delivery or go to the depot. As it was the day before my holiday, I had just enough time to go to the depot and pick the harness up. I'm pretty sure had I ordered from a larger retailer there wouldn't have been as good customer service in terms of speed of response and suggesting different options to try and get my order in time. Cairngorm had the harness at a very competitive price which is why I purchased it from them. Thank you! And the harness was great on the via ferrata trip ?

Went here in the winter for a chance to ride a snowboard, but unfortunately everything is booked out. The mountain train is still available though for people who wants to see the top of the mountain and have a cuppa and lunch in Ptarmigan restaurant. There is also a museum, virtual activities for kids, and gift shop inside. The fare for the mountain train is £22 and children 5 and under are free. The beginners slope is just at the base of the mountain where you can hire ski and snowboard equipment. There's tubing and sleding too but lt depends upon weather. The walks to the mountain has a breathtaking view, i suggest to do this as well. Over all, there's so much to do in the Cairngorm mountains. And if you love snow sport, then this place is a must to visit. I recommend to book online early because it can be booked out quickly especially in the peak season. Also never forget to check the weather because it can be vary ??
