Nice staff but always closed for an hour from 1pm now. Not good if that's the time you can go to collect prescriptions. Didn'tthink that was allowed

Wanted eye drop antiseptic and got ask to go to opticien and got challenge by the pharmacist.First I studied pharmacy for 6 years in France when here is 4, the advice your giving is not the best support you can give to patient to cure fasterWhat is next steps should I go Clarke shoes for feet mycosis ?or the sex shop for balls pain before getting a non prescription drug to cure me ?

Downhill in last few months. Collected a prescription for my aunt for amoxil. I picked up FIVE DAYS box instead of the full WEEK prescription slip for her?. Not good enoughWhen I asked about the mis hap problem on Thursday WENDY the main Pharmacist quickly ushered me out the door in aggressively countering what I was saying and persuaded me the penicillin boxes of one week and five days are all the same!!!And then next night she delivered us 6 more pills in a little red car telling us it was to make up the lack of of pills to begin with. It?s gotten really bad at Boots company when they?re having to resort to putting folk like this in charge at the chemist shops

I will never forget coming to Aviemore for a holiday, and going to this pharmacy for help and advice, and explaining my very painful symptoms, which now need hospital treatment...The pharmacist ignored me, didn't want to speak to me, didn't even look at me..The assistant trying to sell me Boots own brand of Gaviscon, the size of a two pint milk bottle, because they didn't have anything smaller!Gaviscon does not help anyway!I don't know why the people up here are so rude and unhelpful...

Welcome to the unfriendliest, most unhelpful and unprofessional pharmacy in the north. Once phoned and got the answer "Hiya" from a young woman ? who then helpfully agreed that she did indeed "work" for Boots the Chemist and today the unhelpful and rude Gary informed me that there is no prescription delivery service (on answer to my reasonable question and statement on their website that there is indeed such a service). Obviously being the only pharmacy in Aviemore they don't need to try very hard. Boots, you need to have a word with your most undelightful Aviemore staff, especially Gary. Cheers Gary, if you ever come to my workplace, there is a sign at the entrance that says "welcome". You may disregard it.
