I have always found the bank to be well run and all the staff are consistently helpful and always very friendly. My only criticism would be the short opening times, but I'm grateful that I have access to my own bank living in such a tiny village so a very small price to pay.

Tried to get an appointment to discuss my mortgage and was put off with takes 90 mins why not go on line. Need paper work why not go on line and on it went to the point I have up. If I phone for an appointment Then s that's what I want not a person so useless at customer service the customer gives up. Disgrace Aviemore.
