Needed a short tow to a local garage as car wouldn't start. Arrived within 20 mins and was at garage 5 mins later. Excellent and speedy recovery at a very fair price. Would definitely use again.

Husband/myself grateful to Dougie? for saving hotel tour. On A78 near Prestwick on 18/9/23 with car went dead after flickering panel light signls. Prompt Recovery service approved by LV/Brittania saw Dacia on trailer and taken to a known Garage in Alexandria. Nice guy indicating cause Starter Motor likely proved correct, and our local Garage gave us a curtesy car to let us start the tour again.

Dougie was magnificent. Our Peugeot van was showing engine errors on the dashboard. He arranged my appointment, was punctual , amusing, unpatronising (I?m an elderly woman), knowledgeable and fixed the problem, and then refused payment for doing so. DC Diagnostics attended our breakdown on the A77 today. They were the good part sorry excellent part. Our breakdown company no so. I can say their service went above and beyond as we were in a WAV with a wheelchair user. They were patient despite our breakdown company continued stalling. Can't recommend them more. They are actually making complaints to our breakdown company re the way it was dealt with. Thank you so much guys made a very stressful experience a little less so when you could have left due to breakdown company failures. Iain McCulloch

Went there with an electronic problem with my car. He put it on his machine and found some faults so I needed another appointment to get the faults fixed
