To be fair - job done, won my Pip review a few months ago. Also advised on debt management. However staff seemed regimental - yous should do this or yous should do that - not a professional way to speak. Had to phone for updates. Organisation seemed busy and rushed,

Do not sign ANYTHING they give you! NOT TO BE TRUSTED! Save yourself the hassle of dealing with these liars, they will NOT do what you ask of them, and do not show you what has been written on forms for benefits either!LIARS!I originally contacted these liars to find out about a change with my PIP claim, more than 6 months later I AM STILL WAITING!!do the work yourself, this bunch are amateurs!

Great support from everyone there. Helped me from day one with any issues or anything I was unsure of. Can't speak highly enough of them. ?????

Maybe they don't have enough staff but I waited in most of 2 days for a call back which never happened. I even called and emailed and still no response.

Waste of energy be expected to get a phone call request for update ignored up to five times over the period of 6 weeks before getting a response! When that call comes you get told you only phoned one time definitely treat you stupid like it never happened the vibe I got from the returned phone call today was that my conditions are not important enough ??

Dire.Volunteered briefly for them. Would not recommend unless you're desperate. For voluntary activity, I would say go outwith anything connected with welfare, and think for yourself.Sat in a corner with a laptop, no explanation for where Company files kept on it (you're supposed to read minds it seems) - then informed I had got off to a "rocky" start.I immediately switched volunteering job - thankfully, a remarkable difference. Positive feedback, support, new skills, up-to-date CV thanks to this, and fantastic new things to say at my interviews.I often think anything to do with welfare, or the welfare "industry" struggles at best - and they never can cope with negative feedback.
