We thought this store was great service as we got help with staff who were stocking shelves at night?8:00 ish?got everything we needed. Seemed like people enjoyed working here!!

Opening hours online need to be updated as doesn?t open til 8 on a Saturday, and says 7 online. Loads of SELFSERVE checkouts but get stopped all the time to check in doing the job that I?m not getting paid for. If I had time to do my shopping twice then I wouldn?t mind but if u don?t trust me to scan my own shopping then don?t have selfserve checkouts!

New entrance and exit is annoying. And never any baskets at the front door. Always needing to trek to the tills or self checkouts to find one. Still a decent store though

The way 2 or 3 of the female staff who hang about checkout area in the morning behave is absolutely atrocious. This isn't my first experience of this, they treat customers with absolute disdain and made me feel so uncomfortable this morning. There's one woman in particular who's attitude to the public would get her sacked in other employment. This isn't my first experience of this and I have mentioned it to a few people, interestingly enough the minute you mention being treated badly by staff in the morning people know exactly who it is. I will be taking my 200-300 pound a month to Aldi, Tesco, Sainsbury's or Morrisons where I might be treated with a modicum of respect. Oh, Asda management, have a word with staff that when a member of the public is trying to pass staff standing gossiping or asks for help they may not have 5 minutes to wait until the staff have finished their gossiping.

Just a typical ASDA really. Like many others now it is beginning to look a bit scruffy inside and there isn't as much choice as there used to be. The prices seem to be creeping up too.

Usual asda standard. Had everything we needed. Used scan & go, got a random security check and 1 staff member helping customers on the self service tills whilst 3 staff stood watching.

We had a visit to this store for the first Time,we went to the cafe for a coffee and some breakfast,the trays were dirty,I for a coffee and a bacon roll,the coffee was like warm and the bacon was rock hard,when I went for a knife and tea spoon the cutlery was filthy,I went back and complaining about how dirty the cutlery was and about the coffee and bacon and all they said was?oh I?m sorry about that?,my partner ordered a big breakfast(more like a kiddies breakfast),one sausage,one slice of bacon,(which was rock hard),one slice of black pudding,one egg and a tiny portion of cold beans and a tea which was like warm,the staff were just standing about talking and blamed the dirty cutlery on a member of staff.you would think a big company like asda would have a machine to wash dishes and cutlery,we then went down to the shop floor,firstly to go and get a trolley,we where totally disgusted with the trolleys the rust on them was disgusting!!they looked as if they had been dragged out of the sea,and they expect you to put your shopping in them we ended up taking two baskets instead as their was no way we where putting our shopping in any of those trolleys,in the store the variety of items compared to other Asda stores was really shocking,not much choice at all and the staff,what can I say,the male staff where more helpful than the female staff,one of the male colleagues even showed us where to find the items we where looking for,the female colleagues just looked at us as if we where thick and just said ?over there?,and pointed to where we should find it,once we got to the till we were not even greeted with ?a hello how are you?,absolutely nothing when we finished our shopping we weren?t even told how much the shopping came too,I just looked up and saw the price for myself then put my card in the machine to pay,no thank you or nothing!! This store is a total disgrace,the staff need training on customer service and manners,.this needs a visit from someone from head office,but without them knowing about they should go in as a customer,but firstly look at the state of the trolleys this store is a disgrace and a shambles.!!!!

The store website says that it opens at 7.00am on Sunday, which it does not. Wasted trip, waste of time. Get the website updated!
