I had applied previously for property in fact wasted my time applying, was told I could not rent as was unemployed but due to long term health conditions unfortunately. I have good credit score with previous private tenant reference and a tenant who pays rent and guaranteed it more so than some workers are just now. And it's seems to be same properties popping back up again... hmm wonder why this is?. Found this company to be very discriminating and unprofessional not even reply back to explain anything back to tell you. It is pure greed with stuff these days. They lost a good future tenant not my loss

When house hunting Wardhaugh properties allowed a seamless transition between branches and did not drop my application when I couldn't find the right home for me. When dealing with Wardhaugh there was a special attention to detail throughout the whole process from putting in my application to move in date to ensure I was happy with everything and all details were something I agreed with. Nicky Taylor has been extremely helpful and has dealt with any maintenance or queries promptly. Being a tenant with Wardhaugh properties has allowed the main stressors to be alleviated by Nicky so all I had to focus on was my physical move. They even offer a service for setting up utility bills and the transfer of your accounts from your previous address !!
