“Spoke to a lovely girl on the phone called Keira, she was not only really helpful but also a very kind girl, she definitely cheered me up. I told her I just lost my hamster that was over 2 years old, she chatted to me about hamsters and made me feel a lot better about continuing to help more go into a good home. It was nice just to talk to someone who understands? the girl with blonde hair in the shop at around 5:30 yesterday was also really lovely and helped me with anything I asked, lovely staff that care about the animals they sell❤️”
