Just been in lidl Arbroath they wouldn't put my shopping through the checkout as I had parked my car in front of the store displaying my disabled badge in the window tried to explain I have difficulty walking any distance made no difference
They didn't get any money from me today as by the time I got to my car I was unable to get back to the store for my shopping

Yesterday I had the best, most informative and helpful service I have ever experienced in any supermarket or store.The young man was a manager, ( unfortunately, I didn?t ask his name) and patiently explained wine value and quality. When he saw that my husband struggled to use his app he came to the checkout and helped us.He was professional, polite, modest, kind and informative.I have had a business myself and know that staff like this young man are invaluable.

A basic supermarket with decent pricing. A large parking lot. Clothing and odds and ends also being sold. Not the same choices as Tesco or Morrisons.
