Key fob was left on windscreen by the mechanic and flew off as we drove away. After a long search we managed to find it as someone had handed it in to the Morrison supermarket nearby.

Came to Kwik Fit spontaneously with a tyre pressure warning ahead of a long drive - and the team saw us straight away, found a slow puncture and repaired it super quickly! Didn?t catch the young guy?s name who helped us, but he was a legend. Thanks so much!

Suspected I had a slow puncture, turned out it was a faulty valve. Replaced free of charge, without delay. Sean was very polite and courteous when I phoned initially, as well as in person. Sean is a very good representative for the company and I wouldn?t hesitate in seeking his help again if necessary. Couldn?t fault my experience.

Extremely polite and helpful staff. Booked in to look at rattling heat shield - taken on time and fixed the problem - secured heat shield. Explained what they had done. No charge.
