The boys at Kwik Fit were happy to help us out when we found a tool still attached to my car from a previous garage. Took my car in and up on the ramp straight away and got it all sorted for us. was greatly appreciated

Key fob was left on windscreen by the mechanic and flew off as we drove away. After a long search we managed to find it as someone had handed it in to the Morrison supermarket nearby.
