As a result of my van being involved in an accident of no fault of mine, frasers were the nominated repair centre. Great communication from day one, they were quicker to be in touch than my insurer, kept me up to date every stage of the repair and knowing my van was critical for my business, one piece of trim was fitted at my home address at a later date, rather than any fuss to try and get my van back to their location 20 miles away. All staff very courteous and professional, special thanks to Kayleigh for every update and communication:)
