As a result of my van being involved in an accident of no fault of mine, frasers were the nominated repair centre. Great communication from day one, they were quicker to be in touch than my insurer, kept me up to date every stage of the repair and knowing my van was critical for my business, one piece of trim was fitted at my home address at a later date, rather than any fuss to try and get my van back to their location 20 miles away. All staff very courteous and professional, special thanks to Kayleigh for every update and communication:)

We recently had our Nissan X-Trail in for some repairs after a deer ran out infront of our car. Everyone that we had contact with were so friendly and helpful. We were given a courtesy so that we were still able to get about. We are so pleased with the work that they carried out on our car. We would definitely recommend to anyone.
