This little establishment has a pleasant atmosphere. The staff are not merely polite but are genuine and kind. They have not been sterilised by modern life, as many cafes have been. It feels like you are visiting a friends sitting room. Also the toilets are clean. I will be return.

i came in this morning with my non verbal autistic son. who is two. i don't like going out very often as people often stare at us as he sometimes likes to scream. we were made to feel incredibly welcome no dirty looks were given which we normally experience. staff were so friendly and helpful to us. went above and beyond. i was suprised to learn the cafe was dog friendly there was a golden doodle named ollie who my son was really taking with. and to my delight there were several guide dogs in training in the cafe as this is very close to my heart. if you want great customer service where it's dog friendly great food and great atmosphere this is the place for you. i can't thank you enough when it came to my son. will be back soon ??

A miserable woman at the coffee machine says the place is full at the area where dogs are allowed. If she looked at my dog, she would have noticed she is an assistance dog.
I did say, but she went back and stuck her head back in the coffee machine. Best place for her! Don't go if you do have an assistance dog. That area has really low seating, and if disabled, you will find it near impossible to get out of.

Great atmosphere, lovely staff. Dog-friendly. Great choice of food, sweet treats and drinks. Really reasonably priced. Nice space. Will be back next time I?m in the area and hopefully have the creamed smokie and leek filling for the baked potato!
Vegetarian options: There is limited, but they would cater if asked .

Arbroath's best kept secret. From the outside, it looks like a little high street cafe. But open those doors it's like a tardis. When you also walk through the door, you get a pleasant welcome. I had the all-day scottish breakfast, and my wife had mac and cheese all freshly cooked first class and all at reasonable price. Keep up the good work xx

Love coming here! Such a lovely warm welcome and excellent food. The comfy seating is welcome after a long traipse around the town.
