A friend been trying to get an appt just to see the nurse. Been told end of this week possibly next. Automated message says only doing urgent appointments. How can you tell if it’s urgent if you can’t speak to anybody. Absolute Joke…

Calling to see a doctor is impossible, there's is a very long recorded msg then press 1 only for the call not to go through. It's pathetic in this day n age. They need better call handling

If you can get to speak to, or even manage to see a Doctor it's fine. The problem is making an appointment. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get through!!!! Their phone system is atrocious, after the ridiculously long message you press 1 only to be cut off! If you don't press 1 the whole message is repeated.
