Very unhelpful, struggle to get a face to face appointment yet when you do the waiting room is empty , district nurses seem to be only ones who work all the time , thank god for them and east neuk pharmacy

I had to have a repeat blood test done urgently and so registered as temporary patient as need was identified while visiting the area. Appointment fixed easily and promptly. Blood taken on-time, 36 hours later and done expertly. Set up looks very good and receptionists very accommodating. Excellent experience.

The receptionist Yvonne is awful, my son called the practice mistaking it for the physio department next door and she was very rude to him. We recorded the phone call, he has learning and communication difficulties and when he asked her for the number to the physio she kept winding him up saying ?hellloooooo, it?s the wrong building? like a sarcastic teenager. My son was very upset by this and had ptsd fromSimilar bullies actions at school. We encourage him to as much for himself as possible but people like Yvonne are the reason autistic people struggle in society, zero patients or respect for people who are different.We have recorded the call and sent it to PASS who called to speak with practice manager Barbra and she was ?defensive and uncooperative? trying to waive liability no doubt.This is a private contracted firm and not an NHS practice so my aim is to raise the complaint to where the receptionist looses her job or the contract is not terminated. Whichever the practice decides to do is up to them.Don?t mess with my family!

Unfortunately I have needed the services of Skeith Health Centre for the past 4 months. During this time the staff have been outstanding. The receptionists have gone above and beyond what is expected with return calls when promised and reassurance where needed. Thank you ?

To go here is truly a punishment. The practice itself is beyond outdated, dreary, and as unwelcoming as possible. An unusually high turnover of staff sets all sorts of precedents. This does not bode well.

Though the surgery is short handed, they try their best to take care of their patients. I have been taken care of in a timely manner. When an emergency has arisen, the surgery was quick to respond.
