If I could give zero stars, I would.
I have been a loyal daily shopper at Morrisons in Alness for over 40 years, but unfortunately, I will now be taking my custom elsewhere. Over recent months, the store has noticeably declined in standards, and despite giving it multiple chances, the issues continue to escalate.
Today was the final straw. While shopping, I witnessed a young staff member being swarmed by wasps while emptying bins outside. Instead of receiving support, she was reprimanded by management for attempting to move away from the wasps. This was not only unprofessional but unacceptable treatment of an employee.
Additionally, the bins in the mornings are consistently in a poor state?on several occasions before 9am, they have been overflowing and unhygienic. To make matters worse, while walking through the store today, I saw a large rat emerge from the automatic doors near the bakery leading to the warehouse area. This is a serious health and safety concern that must be addressed immediately.
Until I am confident that proper pest control measures have been implemented to deal with both the wasp and rat problems, and management improves their treatment of staff, I will not be returning to this store.

That's us back for breakfast on holiday the staff in cafe were excellent. I made a mistake in my order June sorted it no problem with a big smile

We occasionally stop here on our way to Inverness and back. Good range of food. Easy parking and assessible spots. Toilets and a cafe. Only negatives are that checkouts are often a bit on the slow side.

Went here for breakfast every morning while on holiday. Staff were really friendly and food was lovely and reasonably priced. Sunday lunch was amazing. Can?t recommend enough

June from Allness cafe was wonderful. Their systems are down so a lot of food had to be taken away which meant my partner could not order the breakfast he wanted (pancakes). June then went out of her way to arrange something with the store side in order to serve him pancakes.
Also* the mushrooms were on point ?
