A wonderful breakfast. Hot, tasty and good value.
Only one member of service staff on but everything turned up as fast as you could want.

It was a last minute decision to come here for a drink and a sandwich. The food was okay. At the end it took a while for me to pay by debit card, and this was puzzling because my card works easily everywhere else. The girl serving me while I was trying to pay looked at me in sort of a scolding way (as if I was a dishonest person which I'm not), because the temperamental machine wouldn't take my visa debit card. Eventually it worked and I left. But because of how I ended up being made to feel, I'll never come back here. I sensed it was kind of a miserable place as soon as I sat down.

Absolutely Love going to Cafe Picante if ever in Alness.
The food is always good. The chips are really tasty and freshly made. The Paninis are lovely and probably one of my favourite things to get in there Absolutely Love the omelettes as well.
The cheesecake I got was disappointing though as have had better cheesecakes from supermarkets apart from that I really enjoy Cafe Picante.
For main meals and everything l've had so far l'd give a 5 out of 5 stars however the cheesecake i would only give 1 out of 5 as had better cheesecakes elsewhere and the cheesecake is £4 a slice so definitely wouldn't buy again.
So main meal food really good dessert wise not so much.
Helpful staff as even when busy staff do help and get round to you. I will be returning though and it is a good place to eat and handy for when you're in Alness as it's a good spot where it's situated.

Absolutely superb food! Excellent service and food was beyond our expectations. We had kebabs which were the best we have ever had. Very generous portions and fantastic quality ??. Brilliant value for money. Will definitely return and hugely recommend. Thank you for a brilliant meal!!! We couldn't have found a better place.
