We had a Charles Yorke kitchen and German utility room installed by Callum Walker Interiors earlier this year, and we are thrilled with the result. Tracy was just brilliant. So, so helpful. The consultation process was time consuming and there were many meetings, but she was hugely patient and really had a good feel for what I was looking for. I just couldn't fault the way the project was handled. The first quotation submitted caused a sharp intake of breath (!), but she worked with us to make the necessary amendments to fit our budget/reduce costs.Tracy also went above and beyond the call of duty, and helped me source finishing touches and made me feel she was very invested in the success of the outcome. She still keeps in touch now!The installation team were fantastic and I couldn't fault them. Really professional, friendly guys who were quick, clean, efficient and helpful.I would absolutely recommend Callum Walker Interiors to anyone 100%. It was a very positive experience and we are now the owners of a stunning kitchen which we love. Thank you Tracy & Team!

We were looking for inspiration and help to install a cinema room and went to Callum Walker Interiors based on a previous visit to the showroom. From showing the team a couple of pictures from Pinterest they produced a fantastic design that matched our expectations and more. The attention to detail, and the gentle persuasion out of our comfort zone when picking some elements certainly paid off. They were very professional, best examples where when things did not quite go to plan and were very quickly resolved. They also collaborated very well with the other people involved in the project, the results speak for themselves.

Poor communications and poor follow up let this company down. We contracted this company to design and install a large bespoke kitchen and two bathrooms. It was a sizable contract and CW were managed by the main contractor. The CW designer did a good job in terms of layout, design details and selection of units and appliances etc. Sadly, the designer has now left the company. The problem with this company is extremely poor, bordering on dis-interested, client and main contractor communications, and lack of after sales service. We suffered expensive delays to the main contract, at least partially due to CW. When things were not to specification there was an infuriating reluctance to deal with the issues, an inability technically to actually work out what to do, and a propensity to blame every other contractor or tradesman involved. After many emails, phone calls and even personal visits to their offices some of the problems were eventually resolved. Others we simply gave up on and had to engage other contractors to remedy. Our project had 8 contractors working on it this was the only one we had any significant issues with.
