My prescription vas for 6 box of blood thinner enjeksiyon. I took only 1 box and they promised me the rest of them I can get a week after. I never received a text from them when go to check after a week again a can't get them. Not happy

Waited in the pharmacy for 5 minutes before being served. The female assistant saw me coming in and there was no other customers in the shop, she was building some display with her back to me and moaning about other customers with absolutely no filter at all. The pharmacist looked up and saw me but didn't say anything. Eventually it was the pharmacist who came round the front to serve me. He apologised for the delay. The assistant didn't speak to me once. I would rather go to Boots a few doors down, but there is always a longer wait - this would explain why!

Can't speak to someone private I think thay should have somewhere so you can fix the problemsyou have thay are always bizy. Not got the time to fix your problem I do understand that but thay should have someone there to talk to

Absolute terrible service. Steer clear at all costs. The waiting times are terrible. Some of the staff are arrogant, ignorant and hopeless at a good service.

Staff will support you on any questions you might have, even at busy periods. If your prescription takes time to prepare you will be advised of the wait time so you can assess if it gives you space to do other things about the town. They give honest and clear advice.
