I attended the alloa store as my son , Logan was getting his eye test . The staff were very attentive and meet my sons needs . I also decided to buy glasses myself !

Service was good. No complaints, however one set of glasses not satisfactory (distance). Can see better without them. Staff suggested to try for a week and if still the same to bring them back. Will return glasses in a day or two to ask for correction.

Relaxed and patient staff, choosing glasses can be a bit daunting, I was never rushed choosing my frames, input was most welcome. Stevie Cowie (manager) was especially helpful.
