The new owner is doing great, and great to talk to, its all about building customer relationship, and I came back after quite some time to get snax and let me tell you, I was not disappointed at all burgers and toasties were on point loved it. I will be back now.

The amount of times I've ordered from here and it's always disappointing. Coronation chicken roll... more sauce than anything and it was the worst tasting Coronation flavour. Chicken tikka panini... horrible tikka flavour and cheese was just an after thought. Asked for it on the panini but didn't think I had to explain for it to be inside as a filling. Was sat on top like they had chucked it in the container. Asked for bacon to either be crispy or with the fat cut off... it was neither. Another thing... charging £1.50 for a crunchie bar and sending out a tiny multi pack one is ridiculous. The only thing was decent was the prepackaged items. I've tried to like this place but the food is rubbish. No thought has went into how thw stuff tastes. It's just the cheapest way of making it or buying it. Bonus points for delivery time though as it was delivered in 35mins

Used to be the go to place for a breakfast roll in Alloa, not any more. £3.60 for a roll on sausage and tattie scone is ridiculous, especially considering the square sausage was burnt to a crisp on one side, having clearly been cooked hours before & left in the pot things going dry and inedible, was told 'all the sausage is like that today'. What, brick hard to the point you could put someone's window in with it.Also it is unhygienic and unprofessional in equal measure for staff to be wearing football tops to work.Won't be back.

Was at the vet across the road so nipped in for a couple of rollsGirl was playing with her nose and I?m sure something fell into the cooked food she was preparing so I quickly left ???absolutely disgusting .Avoid at all costs .

Food is absolutely atrocious cold and not cooked to standered delivery was over a hour late after phoning twice and first being told it would be next out to then being told it wasn't even prepared will definitely not be ordering food from here again definitely do not recommend at all

Food was good , hot and very good price , we had full breakfast and it was delicious, coffee not the best but personal taste really , woman serving was polite and cooked more stuff for us , def go back for quick great value brekkie if ever back in the area
