Ordered munchie box which was missing half of order so called restaurant and lady on phone said I'll send missing order shortly and I've been waiting 1h 30m and order did not show up so called restaurant and same lassie did Yes I was about to call u because chief said nothing was wrong with your order so I said thank you I'll leave appropriate review

Attended the shop in Alloa tonight very slow, poor disappointing service.
Gave priority to just eat and phone in deliveries.
40min. wait for my small order being a medium shish kebab.
Threatened to cancel the order and cash back this bucked them up.
Medium! I wouldn't like to see the small, very poor portion for the £9 charged literally 5 small pieces of lamb inundated with tomato, onion and lettuce to bulk out, also food very cold.
Observed several deliveries awaiting the return of the delivery driver, food placed on table under switched off infra red lighting for at least 20mins.
Assumption -the lighting is there for decoration only.
Some orders going as far a field as dollar too.
Good luck with that one guys.

The chicken shawarma, is oh my God, its to die for!! I got it with burger sauce and it was sooo good. I ordered online and got it delivered 11 minutes later!! Amazing!!!

Love the place always get my order right and always good food said it would take 40 minutes but was here in 30 all cooked properly and they have a nice 20 percent off on just eat when you spend more than 20

I ordered a medium kebab with extra salad and Chilli sauce this is what I got it's not a pitta bread it's a big thick bit of bread a teaspoon of sauce salad was fine so was meat when I called to complain I was told he made it himself he put lots of salad and sauce on and that the sauce of bread was new pitta I was laughed at and basically told f off I will be posting this all over social media and every review platform I can I will also be coming into the shop tomorrow to return it and get my 10 pound bk absolutely vile man rude unhelpful with no remorse I've used this shop for years and never been treated like this see you all tomorrowParking: No

Absolutely rank rotten. Would stay well clear! Offered me a ?square go? when I complained about my order and they couldn?t help. Got full refund from JustEat though and the foods lying on the pavement for whenever they want to come and pick it up. ?????? no even the wildlife out there will eat that so it?ll still be there. ?
