Been going to Perfection for years now & cannot fault any of the treatments I have had and all the girls are amazing. Sophie is new to the team & has done my nails the last 3 times. She is totally focused & I have to say what an excellent job she does, paying attention to detail & trimming my cuticles to the extent that not only do my nails look much better, they also last longer than previously.Services: Eyebrow beautification

Nicola who did my lash lift and tint was amazing, made me feel so at ease and very friendly, however Sophie was the opposite - was very rude and never done my nails properly, l left crying and had left half of my cuticles bleeding, nails were horrendous and because of how I was treated and to the lowest standard of nails I?ve ever had - manger agreed they were awful. Avoid at all costs with Sophie. First and last.Services: Acrylic nails
