Who declares independent electronics retailing dead? Not me anyway. After my fantastic visit to the Sony Centre in Alloa. My journey there was almost an afterthought, following a series of uninspiring trips to several well known large chain stores.The team at McMichaels/Sony Centre Alloa redefines customer service. These guys are not just patient and knowledgeable, but also remarkably devoid of any high-pressure sales tactics. Their approach is centered on informative demonstrations and a genuine commitment to ensuring that the product you choose is perfectly tailored to your needs.Experiencing Sony's flagship TVs in all their resplendent glory was absolutely excellent. It has to be said, I would not have bought one if I didn't experience it in person - another reason buying online isn't always the answer. It not only bolstered my confidence in the product but also transformed my purchasing experience - Restassured I will be visiting this store first for all my future entertainment needs.A special mention must be made of the extraordinary post-purchase service. An unexpected job assignment whisked me out of the country for three months, right after I had placed my order. The gentlemen at McMichaels went above and beyond, safeguarding my purchase until I could return to claim it.I wholeheartedly recommend McMichaels. In a world where the personal touch is increasingly rare, they are a shining beacon of exceptional service and genuine care.

Great experience at this store Staff extremely helpful (not pushy)Although it is a Sony centre they have other brands on show and the staff are very knowledgeable on all brands.Would recommend a visit here (the superstores have a bigger selection,but Sony centre will match prices)

Shopped Thursday 10th Nov. for fridge freezer. Pleasant helpful lady served us. Had it delivered 11th Nov. free delivery Pleasant delivery man, who took away our old one for £20 charge. Cannot praise them highly enough. Pays to shop locally Thankyou for such a good deal.

Bought a 65? tv yesterday?got it home plugged it in and it had a crack on corner of screen.Phil from the Sony Centre Alloa had it sorted and replaced within 2 hours.. I?ll never go anywhere else ??Great service
