? 1/5 ? Consistently Disappointing Experience with McDonald's Alloa (Delivery Orders)
I rarely leave reviews, but after multiple poor experiences with McDonald's Alloa, it's clear that the issues are consistent and need to be addressed.
Every single time we?ve ordered delivery, something is missing?whether it?s a burger, a portion of fries, sauces, or drinks. It?s not a one-off mistake; it?s a recurring problem that shows a serious lack of attention to detail and care for customers ordering via delivery platforms.
On top of that, the food arrives cold without fail. The fries are the worst offender?stale, limp, and tasting like they?ve been sitting out for hours, if not overnight. It?s unacceptable for a brand as big as McDonald's to deliver such poor quality, especially when people are paying full price and a delivery fee on top.
This isn?t about expecting gourmet food?it?s about expecting basic accuracy, freshness, and quality control, which this location is clearly failing to deliver. A serious overhaul is needed in both kitchen prep and order packing.
Until then, I?d strongly recommend avoiding delivery from this branch. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment.

Sons 2nd favourite McDonald's store. Nice staff and very rarely had to wait on food.

Still blood in the burger so I phoned MC n the manager says to me am not dealing with that then hung up so spend an hour getting passed about for nothing bad kidz bossing kidz in their honestly done even know if they know what they are doing but BLOOD wow

Ordered through McDonalds app half food was missing so called them they where not interested and basically said can't do anything absolute joke

Ordered two breakfast wraps and a flatbread and coke zero , seen the two wraps were ready and heard the server call out for flatbread about five to ten minutes later heard her call out again for it, when it was finally ready she apologised for my weight so I said it was bad that the wraps had been waiting under the heat lamp she then said they forgot to put the flatbread in , I don't usually complain but this was really a poor experience, I did tell her I was going to put a complaint in but I didn't want to stress her by saying it then

Food was the usual mediocre fast food, staff seemed to be kept busy, pity customers don't know how to park or negotiate a clearly marked one way system.
