Stood for 15 minutes at the front counter waiting to be served . Eventually served and I said I would come back in an hour to collect the prescription . On my return , on asking for the prescription, the staff member , instead of using the system put in place and going to look for it , immediately told me that if it wasn?t ready I would have to return later . I said that I had been assured it would be ready on my return over one hour after leaving the script with them. She then reluctantly went through to the dispensary and eventually found it , filled away in the appropriate area . Quite frankly she had an attitude that definitely wasn?t customer friendly. It?s no wonder , Lloyds branches are closing or being sold if this is the quality of staff training . I will be taking future prescriptions to another pharmacy next time .

Absolutely Shambolic Pharmacy. Service is terrible. Waited over half an hour today for pre order prescription. Changing pharmacy on Monday. Not enough staff, place in need of repair. Can't even supply full prescription as don't have the meds. Customer service is horrendous

DO NOT USE. cannot cope with workload. consistently terrible service. Perfect example of profit over quality/customer service. Go to Well pharmacy High St. Alloa who are efficient, professional and friendly.

Stand half a hour in queue out side, get in to be told go somewhere else as we are closing, explaining that I need inhaler for my son just had a asthma attack just herd from woman " I'm sorry go find somewhere else" thanks so much closer open is Stirling, this staff no have any empathy ?

?????managed to get a doctor to give me a prescription and was to collect it at Lloyd?s Pharmacy Alloa before 1pm. Sarah and Niall went to collect it there was 4 people in the queue including Sarah and was told they were only serving one more person and the others had to go back tomorrow to collect their prescription. This is absolutely disgraceful people are needing medication for a reason. A woman had been standing out in that bad weather since 11am and Lloyds didn?t open til 12pm. So in the meantime I?ve got to wait another 24hrs for my medication and if I get any worse I?ve to go straight to hospital so how many other poorly people have been told to go to hospital which is putting more pressure on our nurses and doctors. Lloyds should be ashamed of themselves they?re meant to be providing a service over the festive period and they would have been made aware of the amount of people that were coming in for a script by NHS24. I know it?s the festive season and people like to spend it with their families but there was nothing stopping the pharmacist dealing with the other 3 people that was standing waiting and had been told to be there b4 1pm. ?????
My daughter sent me a text showing 4 people in the queue at 12.38 pm, her being one of them well before the closing time of 13.00pm

After putting my repeat prescription in early enough so I wouldn?t run out 5/7/21 I went to collect 12/7/21 after work ,waited half an hour to get in to chemist to be told they can?t help me advised I take my prescription elsewhere, all other chemist closed and I have no meds left .

Very friendly staff who do a great job as well as the pharmacist who can give you advice on anything medical...diabetes test done straight away as well as stop smoking programme good service for a small placeâ?ºð???ð??ð??ð??ð??ð??ð??
