I got half an exhaust in Alloa.. 2 days later it?s rattling.. took it to another kwik fit in Motherwell.. got it fixed only to find 2 days later it does it again!!!

Phoned to ask if they had wipers for my car and I was told yes just come in, got there for them to take old wipers off then spend half an hour trying to fit new ones, only to then be told they didn?t have the right ones for my car, then was verbally abused by the manager and another employee who tried to intimidate me, all because I voiced my frustration at the situation and the time wasted, I will be making a formal complaint to them, when I asked for the customer service number, Dylan the manager refused to give me it and began using foul language and intimidation tactics, I?m disabled and in my 60s and I feel sorry for anyone else who has dealings with the manager and staff member involved, avoid avoid and avoid

Booked the appointment online at 11am for a 11:30am slot same day, new Tyre fitted, all wheels tracked & balanced plus additional work on something they found whilst doing a full free health check.And i was back in the van and away for 12:15great service considering there was two young lads running the full show. 5 star

Went in just before closing today as had a slow puncture, staff excellent, removed a nail and sorted the puncture for me. Could not rate any higher how pleasant these staff were. Would definitely recommend Alloa Kwik Fit the service was above and beyond. Thank you.

When I came in I was looking for a replaced tyre on my daughter's car that was jacked up at the side of the road. I had no appointment and they were fully booked with an extend timeline of Monday! I explained the situation and they did the replacement tyre right away!! Brilliant
