Walking into a FREEZING restaurant is never appealing, however we ordered at the touch screen and waited 10 minutes for food, staff more interested in having a carry on in the back and when we opened the food neither one of our children burgers had lettuce?. Went back up to the counter only to be told the restaurant had ran out of lettuce! No apology, just a blank glare?. Won?t be back no wonder the place is always so empty, oh and the toilet stunk!

Terrible service. Ordered a delivery, majority of order missing, food that did arrive was freezing and won?t answer phones. Won?t be back.

I love KFC. It's the best fast food. This particular venue is consistently the worst I've ever tried. Staff are always talking and even though I've never seen the restaurant busy, the food is almost always overcooked and tasteless - clearly re-fried to save money.

Popped in walked up to counter asked for what we wanted only to be told at that point we would have to order on the screen the places was empty so I said can't I just order here you already know what we want ... answer was no so I said that we would go somewhere else some staff were quite rude as we left sniggering at us . Won't be back !

Staff not helpful , 'kiosks' were out of order, and staff ignored me,,, they were not that busy , apart from delivery people, staff did not even acknowledge that I was there ,,,, certainly put me off going there !!

Delicious chicken and still warm when I goy home
The service was phenomenal. it's a shame I did not get the young man's man who served us. He has a beard, and probably 5.6 tall, about 4.30 today. I had trouble with my card, and he sorted it out, a real legend.
Please pass my gratitude to him.

Ate here in September 2024 and was really disappointed. The chicken was burnt and disgusting and chips were horrible. I love KFC but after this experience it will be a while before I even think about a KFC meal and I certainly won't be attending the Alloa branch ever again.

Inside quiet issue with one self oreder screens ordered through other one that was available food and drink was good no issues with food or drink would be back if in town again.
