My friends and I went for the day spa package including a 25 min massage and waffles. This cost £79.
The facility is in horrendous condition. The ?spa? is a total of two hot tubs and moldy saunas and a steam room. The receptionist of the spa was unprofessional and indirectly rude. The waffles weren?t fresh, quite stale and dry. The massage was lovely and relaxing but the masseuse that one of my friends had was on her phone texting mid-massage. The lunch (steak sandwich/ Flatbread ) in the restaurant was lovely!

we had our wedding at Inglewood House & Spa back in February and what an incredible day we had. This comes down to Alison (wedding coordinator) and Leona and the rest of the team who made the day a day to remember! aswell as us and all our guests staying how spectacular the venue is and the food too. really out did ourselves
on another note the wedding open days they hold really is a significant help really did manage to find a number of suppliers and recommendations from that which allowed to help with the planning process
we will be back to stay again thats for sure.
would easily recommend to anyone looking to host a wedding or any other event

Me and my wife recently had our wedding at Inglewood House on 19/09/24. We first fell in love with it after turning into the very fantasy-like road leading the way up to the house. The correspondence between ourselves and the representative from the venue (Alison) was fantastic. Alison really made me and my wife feel very comfortable and taken care of for the full lead up to the wedding. Our menu tastings were great and the menu that the house offers truly is some of the best food I've come to taste.
My wife also had her hen do here the day before the wedding and thoroughly enjoyed it. Inglewood offer an excellent spa and afternoon tea package that can be upgraded to an over night stay in the lodges too. Everyone that went very much enjoyed all aspects and it was a great way for them to relax before the big day!
When our wedding day finally came the staff were exceptional, going above and beyond for us. Allowing for earlier check in for guests that had mobility issues giving them more time to relax and get themselves sorted with baggage etc. Everyone was extremely pleasant and even had some enjoyment themselves dancing along with the guest and having a good time while doing such an amazing job.
I couldn't recommend the venue any higher. Even the woods at the back of the house makes for a stunning setting and the grounds are exquisitely kept. Thank you so much to everyone involved in our special day again, we can't thank you nearly enough.

Went there for an afternoon tea with a friend. It is a really beautiful place situated in a beautiful part of Scotland. We were coming from Dundee and being there felt different. It has a great feeling. The food was good and the staff was very nice and helpful.

Stayed in the pods at the rear of the property lovely and cosy, very clean. Staff are friendly and helpful and the food was good. Lovely bar area .

Daughters hen do.
The rooms are tired and dirty.
In my room someone had been sick, it hadn't been clean up properly. On skirting and in the wardrobe. Thick dust on the radiator. Dirty dishes had been put away in the cupboard. Someone had used the toilet and not flushed (before we arrived). Walls were in need of a paint job. I wouldnt recommend this Spa to anyone. DISGUSTING PLACE.
Rooms: I think I have said quite enough.
Very unhappy customer. Will definitely not be back.

We are delighted with our service from when we stepped out of our car, check in was seamless and the staff were friendly and helpful. Our robes for the day spa (infra red sauna, steam room and hot tub) were waiting for us at reception. We enjoyed ourselves immensely soaking and de- icing from our NC500. Our room is well stocked with bathroom toiletries and tea, coffees etc. definitely would return.

Used one of the lodges as a stopover for one night on a journey from Scotland back home.
Lodge was spacious, well equipped, and had a private hot tub.

I hate the comments that go down the establishments without details so I won't start framing mine
I HAVE NO OPINION ON REAL ROOMS but avoid the pods!!
For the rest the meals are completely acceptable.
I don't know if the majority of comments concern the rooms in the house but after returning from 12 days in Scotland this is clearly our only very bad experience.
We were staying in a "pod" and that day there was a wedding, it is already very questionable not to reserve the establishment for such occasions, which means that you find yourself there among the guests a bit like a hair in the soup...
The pod is made up of a 120 "double" bed whose mattress is absolutely catastrophic, broken springs, a real hole on one of the sides... the "extra bed" (while for the reservation the age of the children is indicated), is a 1st price sofa bed (not even sofa bed but rather convertible), there is no longer any room to get in and out of the pod once installed, which is perhaps why it wasn't done? Moreover, being also in poor condition, he moved away on his own creating a "hole". Very questionable state of the facilities added to that the fact of making your own bed at that price... we're not at the campsite either.
To continue with the inconveniences we had no hot water, and it was impossible to find staff in the evening to tell them since there was this famous wedding... When you spent the day in the rain at 13 degrees ...it's hard...
As you can imagine, a pod does not provide great sound insulation, which means that we also suffered the inconvenience of the wedding, the party hall a few ten meters from our pod.

Had the most amazing stay here. The building is beautiful, the food is amazing (& very reasonably priced), the staff are very welcoming and friendly (especially Helena, whom we wish to give a special shout out to), and the spa is very relaxing. I?d definitely come and stay here again.

Was here for a wedding. Couldn't fault the venue or the food. The only thing I have an issue with is £8.50 for a glass of Prosecco. Quite difficult to justify unfortunately.
Food and drinks: Great food but drinks very expensive.
