Placed an order for delivery on 7th January. It should be with me in 30 to 35 minutes as per order . I called the shop an hour later after I placed the order. The staff was very rude and said to me they are very busy so it can be late. No idea what time they can deliver. If they are busy and cannot deliver on time why they accept my order. They can simply decline my order so that I can find other alternatives. Also attitude of staff cannot be accepted.

Food wasn't hot enough. Very expensive too. Very difficult to justify what they charge.

I have called over missing items and such in the past, and been either told I was joking (and then hung up on) or been met with really angry staff who aren't interested in hearing what the problem is-- reaction is to ridicule and threaten to "flag" phone number. Why and what does that even mean? Is there anyone here interested in solving problems and not abusing clients??

We ordered tonight from Alloa Store using the App, which took 3 attempts and a phone call to place the order. We also chose a selected time slot for delivery, however the order arrived 30mins after this time and was stone cold, not surprising when it sat in 'quality check' for over 20mins. One of the pizzas wasn't even cut! All of the above is more than disappointing considering the extortionate prices charged. The only good thing about our experience tonight was the pleasant driver.

Currently in that ?What day is it?? phase of Tweenmas, where no one can actually be bothered doing anything or going anywhere. Thank god for takeaways. I do love a wee Domino?s, even though it?s stupidly expensive for what it is. Still, this 100% hit the spot! American Hot and Hot and Spicy were the pizza choices this evening, and also tried their fries, which weren?t KFC terrible, but also weren?t exceptional. That Garlic n Herb dip, though ????
