If you try to order via ubereats, they're always "sold out" of basic items that make the order pointless or cancel the order entirely. No idea why they're on ubereats at all or how they're in business with consistently empty stock...

I recently applied for a position at Costa and went through an interview. The manager promised to share job details soon, but I received no follow-up. After two days without a response, I visited the store and was assured I?d hear back the next day. I haven?t heard anything since.
Such unprofessionalism is frustrating. Clear and timely communication about application status is essential, especially as candidates often have multiple opportunities. Knowing if one is not selected helps candidates move forward.
I?m fine if I wasn?t selected, but vague promises are disrespectful. Costa is a reputable brand, but unresponsive employees can damage its reputation. I hope Costa improves their communication process for future applicants.

Just a visit for a coffee made that bit more special by your lovely young assistant - Emily? When asked if she'd fill my water bottle, asked if I wanted ice too. Yes please. Great customerer service.

The food is a bit overpriced for what it is, but the atmosphere is very welcoming and the staff are pleasant and attentive.
