Really disappointing both in number of blooms and the state of what is there. I would have had better value spending my £45 at tesco. Ordered from here as had beautiful flowers in the past from here but never again, I?m embarrassed to have sent them for the birth of my grandchild.

Unhappy recipient of pathetic, sad, half dead bouquet non descript assortment birthday flowers only fit for the bin, contact with caledonian blooms resulted in being told that was asked for by sender ! They would speak direct, partial refund was offered to sender and i am left with no flowers !I recieved bouquet last year in lockdown that i hadnt complained about ! Lesson learnt !Update , Now fully refunded !
