There was only one queue, and I waited a long time before it was nearly my turn. Then, a staff member called another staff member to assist the customers as the queue was long. When it was finally my turn, the pharmacist told me to go to another queue. I was unhappy with his attitude. He explained that the queue was for prescriptions only; however, I saw the woman in front of me, who had no prescription, receive help with her question.
As I mentioned earlier, there was initially only one queue, and no one informed customers that l should go to another queue for purchases. I also needed to ask a question about a medication and the pharmacist should help me. The staff were not helpful, and I will consider not buying anything from that pharmacy in the future.

The pharmacy team here are always friendly, despite having a seemingly high workload, they always manage to do a good job and are very efficient. They?re always quick to answer the phone if I have any questions and I have all my prescriptions sent here because it just makes everything easier. :)

Don't go here if you actually want to buy something, it's only a pharmacy the shop part is just for display only.

Very poor customer service staff rude and unhelpful Went to the chemist next door helpful and they knew what I was looking for.

They never answer the phone and whenever I order my prescription 2 weeks in advance to avoid hassle and panic last minute on getting more, they deny it saying it?s too early when it?s really not.
Always stressed and worried when it gets to the reorder time as it?s a gamble on if I will get it on time or not. Usually it ends up that I have one or 2 pills left and I am left panicking over if I am going to get my medication or not.
This time, I am left with less than a weeks worth with my medication being denied, and I am away on holiday for a whole week next week, and I am worried that I won?t be able to get this in time before I am away, which will leave me without my medication.
They need to be clearer on ordering times as to me ordering 2 weeks before running out is acceptable and gives plenty of time to have everything in order.

I left my job in stirling during the lunch to pick up my order, that was only the way i can get it as i work 7-17, thats the reason why i need to pick it up as we are not in for deliveries, came to the shop to stand in front of the closed door, the shop was closed ,,for lunch?, there is no information about store closure, wasted my time and fuel as i had to drive from stirling to pick it up, wasted my lunch break to find the closed store, where is any information that you are closing store for lunch? Ridiculous..

Useless. Never answer the phone. Last prescription I had I sent someone to collect and they were told would be an hour. They said they would come back. Next day someone went to collect and were told an hour. Said they would come back later. Guess what ??? Yes another hour !!?

Superb experience with Shona who listened to my concerns and was so helpful and knowledgeable about all the products suitable for me. Would highly recommend solely based on this staff member.

Absolute joke trying to get served in here.3rd week in a row standing with other furious people waiting to get served all the staff buzzing around but totally ignoring waiting customers at the purchases counter.If members of staff are to busy to serve people at this counter then there?s either not enough staff or the place is poorly managed.Once again left my stuff on the counter and walked out with two other customers.No wonder stores close and many people prefer online. Probably get more human contact.!!

Large que outside with no shade or seating for the 30 degrees heat. Short staffed. Not the staffs fault. But head office should be sorting summit.
