Don't go here.
I was told order would be here for Friday, then Saturday, then Monday morning. It finally turned up Monday at 5pm. I had hired workers, had tools hired. When we ordered we were promised Friday. I would never gave ordered if we had known it would be so late.

Not the first time I?ve been to beatsons in alloa and everytime it?s a joke. When manager came out to speak to me she was bluntly rude. I was only asking for a quote and wanted to hand over my measurements. My husband went into the yard behind beatsons and staff were laughing away , vaping and smoking away whilst driving the lifting machines and didn?t look to bothered about being there. That was the last time I?ll ever come to beatsons. Shocking service. Shocking management and outrageous environment overall

I typed without getting paid for it I'm sure YOU could manage to type , that IS getting paid for it!tell me what happened with order WEB63618 !!!? before i write my online reviews!! Order the exact same order a few weeks earlier and it appeared 8am . The driver had been sent out with a large lorry and had to carry the items one by one along the 100 yard avenue (said truck was too big to turn in) the order was fine except one fence panel had not been nailed correctly resulting in one of the laps showing a SPACE! this I didn't notice until erecting the fence! Yesterday delivery could hardly have been worse . We both had taken time of work both for the delivery yesterday and also Wednesday Thursday and Friday to assemble the next stage of our fence. We we are up 8am expecting the same time of delivery (I believe it only is delivered from the Penicuik branch a few miles away ) same driver etc but this time in a smaller truck (which is clearly ADVISED on the order form to save the driver carrying the 5 of them again) We waited in all day (I KNOW a time of delivery is not guaranteed!) so eventually I went out for a grocery shop. It was not until after 3 pm my partner text me advising the driver had shown up and REFUSED to delivery the items as before. When it was explained the previous driver a few weeks earlier had carried them to our house this guy said "that's up to him but I'm not doing it!!" It was then explained it CLEARLY stated on order and advice note, a smaller truck was advised for this repeat delivery to which he just ignored. He refused to deliver these items and left. WE NOW HAVE BOTH TAKEN FOUR DAYS OFF OUR WORK TO TACKLE THIS JOB AND BECAUSE OF THIS DRIVER AND YOU COMPANY'S INCOMPETENCE WE DO NOT HAVE THE MATERIALS. MY PARTNER CALLED THE COMPANY YESTERDAY AROUND 3.50 WAS TOLD SOMEONE WOULD EITHER PHONE BACK OR EMAIL AND THESE WOULD HOPEFULLY BE DELIVERED FIRST THING THIS MORNING!!! WE HAVE HAD NO RETURN PHONE CALL OR EMAIL OR DELIVERY WHAT IS GOING ON! ps this complaint has been copied and pasted for Trust pilot Google reviews and social media. it is at time of sending SIX DAYS AFTER ORDER PLACED AND 10.58 AM !I HAVE ALREADY WAITED, A FURTHER THREE QUARTERS OF AN HOUR, FOR A REPLY TO ABOVE!pps I do NOT accept incoming phone calls (from numbers not saved on my phone!) so please EMAIL REPLY!! URGENTLY !!PPS YOUR WEBSITE BRANCH LOCATOR DOES NOT WORKYOUR EMAILS CONFIRMING THERE ARE ITEMS IN ?BASKET? Great service from Beatsons Alloa, ordered materials online at 10pm and the items were delivered the next day at 8.30am, I had ordered one incorrect item which they picked up on so they brought a substitute which was the correct item also the delivery driver carried the materials up to the front of the house, Can't recommend them enough *****
