This store is a scam!!!!! They overcharged me for items the shopper could not find when I llaced online order. They were meant to return the difference and they have refused to!!! THIS IS HOW THEY TREAT DISABLED PEOPLE!!!

The store itself was fine and the staff were very helpful. However, the ladies toilet was absolutely disgusting. Toilet paper everywhere, and the cubicles were filthy, the entire toilet was dreadfully smelly with dirty sinks. These toilets are clearly not checked regularly for cleanliness, which is absolutely unacceptable in a modern superstore! I strongly recommend that the ladies toilets are checked and cleaned on a regular basis, as what I experienced today was totally appalling and unacceptable. Poor management. I will certainly not be shopping there again. Yuk!!!!! ? ?

I generally have always been a fan of Asda but this one in Alloa has a terrible atmosphere and rude staff. Some of the shelves quite bare too. Must be the management

Chaos at check out today. No manned checkouts only self service. Took ages to put a small shop through (only normally use self service for a few items) Queue building up so felt rushed and realised afterwards I didn't scan app . Went to customer services with receipt but she said too late to scan app. Disappointed we might not shop in asda so much in future as husband hates self service and struggles with them.

Never gives a receipt at the pay at the pump. Takes forever to get someone to reprint one. You have an obligation to provide a receipt.

after shopping in the store, I went out into the yard where it was raining a lot, I decided to wait for my bus on a bench located near Asda, it was under a roof, I sat there many times and so did ordinary people, there are places for smoking, so the staff of the store is also located there, but this time when I just sat down, a woman who works in the store came out, kicked me out, saying that these places are only for staff breaks, I was shocked, I asked again, but she insisted that I get up quickly and leave, it had a great impact on my attitude to Asda, now I only choose Tesco. thank you

Twice recently I have had cause to complain about the lack of manned checkouts. When busy,AM one check-out is on sometimes!PM when quiet, sometimes 3 are on.Lidl and Aldis adapt to busyness. Asda do not!!Poor management!!

Popped in for a couple of things, and omg this store is a shambles!!Staff fannying about whilst boxes are littering the aisles, trolleys everywhere outside, shelves messy, plenty to do and some slackers leaving or to the few hard workers.Sort it out management!
