Went in with my wife?s car which had been serviced at another Arnold Clark branch a month ago but had a small oil leak. The service manager said that they would look at it but it would half an hour till they had a free ramp. He came back saying that was a washer not sealing and that they had replaced it and topped up the oil.Mr Clark would have been proud of the courtesy and service you gave.

I would like to express my utmost appreciation and admiration for the exceptional service provided by Mark Stirling, an employee at Arnold Clark in Alloa, Scotland. His unwavering commitment and professionalism truly made a positive impact during a challenging situation involving the delivery of my Nissan Leaf 2018 electric vehicle to Wigan, England.Unfortunately, the click and collect service at the Wigan Motorstore, manned by an unprofessional staff member, caused a significant delay in the delivery process. They insisted on proof of address documentation that could only be obtained through mail, with an estimated waiting time of 5 to 7 days. This unforeseen circumstance left us in an extremely awkward position, as we were left without a car for an entire week. Consequently, I had to take time off work to resolve this issue, which caused further inconvenience.However, it was Mark Stirling, a shining example of professionalism from Scotland, who came to our rescue. He took it upon himself to handle all the intricacies involved and personally liaised with the leasing company to address the situation. Despite the difficulties caused by the incompetent staff member at the Wigan Motorstore click and collect, Mark ensured that not only our problem was resolved, but also that we were kept informed throughout the process.I am sincerely impressed by Mark's competence and dedication to providing outstanding customer service. He went above and beyond to rectify a situation that should never have occurred in the first place. His ability to think outside the box and find innovative solutions to non-standard issues is truly commendable.I strongly believe that Mark Stirling deserves recognition from the management at Arnold Clark in Alloa, Scotland. His exemplary work ethic and customer-oriented approach make him highly deserving of a more prominent role within the organization. My car went in for its annual service and I left only to find out my MOT was not valid you would have thought they would have checked that and told me?I would suggest going elsewhere as not Confident they do all their check and a bit of a scam.. do they even service the car?
