Went in with my family and told to sit down by the young teenager on the phone behind the bar. Sat at the nearest table which was covered in food, looked for a cleaner one but all the rest were too. Stood for five minutes waiting for him to get off the phone before I could take my order. Half way through the phone rang again and he stopped to take a telephone order. Slightly bemused I patiently waited. Finally able to order to be told abruptly it's 'cash only'. Left my family seated to go to the cash point and on my return they were stood outside as they had been told it wasn't actually a restaurant (why was there food on the tables?) decided enough was enough and cancelled my £100 order to take my business somewhere it was appreciated. The teenager just grunted when I told him to cancel my order and picked up the phone again. Nice. ?

Food is great but especially on a busy night, you'll be told your order will be 20 minutes. You turn up 20 minutes later and have to wait at least 40 minutes for your food. Just wish they were honest with how long your order will actually take so you don't waste your time.

Food is fantastic. But unless you are a local ( to the business) I would strongly recommend you go & pay as soon as you order ! They definitely wait on payment first . Not that they would admit it.
But the food is fantastic ? 100% every time .

Absolute joke of a place!!!! Order over phone and told 1 hour before we could collect . Get there and still had to wait over 40 mins, food not ready with at least another 10 people standing waiting with same issue. Avoid this place and get your takeaway from the Bistro further up the Street. Terrible service ?

Waited until we went to collect food to tell us that they didnt have half the food available! Complete waste of time.could have told us when ordering or called to save us the hassel of going to collect.Food that was paid for cold and overcooked, chewy . Straight in the bin.

Some of my food you could tell was reheated and dry. There was a burnt hole in top of one of Tupperware too. The onion rings were way to greasy. The food hasn?t sat well on our bellies. Definitely won?t be back! Don?t waste your money

The chicken curry tasted good but I ordered beef curry. Rice was very good, but not feeling too well afterwards so won?t be back.
