Having recently moved into Alford I had them lay the stairs carpet, upper and lower areas when we were on holiday and on returning these were expertly laid with all the cuttings etc removed!! So professionally done, thank you for a first class job ??????????

Moved into a new build with no flooring in place in Nov 2019. Alford Carpets & Flooring provided me with the best price and helped us out massively as they fitted the flooring as soon as it arrived. Any minor snagging was sorted straight away with no complaints. Would go straight to these guys in the future.

Booked fitter and waited a fortnight no one turned up, chased them up and the fitter wasn?t aware the shop had booked him to do the job and advised he couldn?t do the job until December. Unreliable time wasters!

Excellent service, first class installation.Fitter was very helpful and friendly, would highly recommend.Only down side is they can be hard to reach on the phone, but usually call back if you leave a message.
