Brought my car to this garage due engine light illuminating on the dashboard and engine power loss. After computer scan performed was told DPF clean is needed. Paid £200 - light came back and power loss occurred after 30 miles. Came back to this garage to complain and after 2nd computer diagnosis was told that DPF is all good and there is different issue causing power loss and engine light illumination. (Was charged £50 for 2nd diagnostic) Got quote for £1200 to repair it. Refused and took it to different garage where was told the only problem is DPF? They fixed it properly and have done over 1000 miles and car drives well - no scary lights on dashboard ?To summarise lost my time and £250 dealing with JLC.

Absolutely recommend 100%. I have been using this garage for just over a year since I moved to the area and I still get taken aback at how fair, kind and helpful the staff here are.

First used this garage for an MOT and loved their hourly time slots, fair pricing and text updates. Used them again recently for a wheel bearing and despite a few challenges they didn?t disappoint. First class customer service.

Would highly recommend.I found JLC on the web because I had a punctured tyre on my car and needed to get it changed as soon as possible, although they were busy my tyre was fixed and I was back on the road in no time. great , fast and professional services and fair prices.Very polite guys.I will definitely be using again and also recommend to others.Thank you guys.

I've taken my car to JLC for 2 years now and they've always been very good. The costs are amazing and they're very open about work, if any needing done prior to commencing. Highly recommended
