The guy with the longish hair and ear ring was lovely. His customer service standards were of the same high standard eith every single customer. He was a credit to the company.

Shop manager is a bully who treats her staff like robots. The place is a glorified pound shop. Management need some extra training. Your better crossing road to aldi.
