So £5.00 for a hot baguette, wedges and cold drink in Parkhead forge . And £5.55 for a hot baguette and cold drink NO WEDGES in this branch!!! Seriously Gregg's sort your pricing! Won't shop here again when challenged on pricing team member became quite rude!

Lovely staff however my coffee is always luke warm and it's horrible to drink when I get to my work which is 5 mins away. If I get my coffee from dumbarton and drive to work 15 mins away that's always still hot. Please get a new coffee machine, I have wasted almost £30 in the last 2 months on luke warm coffee.

I go in for coffee on a daily basis, and always find the staff to be great. I am writing a review because I ordered 10 sandwich platters, a variety, 2 without butter and 50 sausage rolls ( cut into 3) for Saturday 8th. The presentation content and taste were great. I also got a phonecall from Emma to say they were ready, which was great Special mention to Jackie as I get the feeling she spent the majority of Saturday making sandwiches. It was really appreciated ladies.

Greggs in Alexandria is a great place. I love their cheese and bacon croissant and the coffee ain't half bad either, but it's the staff in this shop that makes it. Helpful, knowledgable and always cheerful and greet you with a huge smile.
