I want in for a look around and all went well and the female staff were amazing but, through out my time in the shop a male member of staff continuously stared me down as if I was being a really big inconvenience to his day. Afterwards, when I asked a question he replied to me in a very impolite manner and was being very cheeky whilst serving me.

W h Smith in Airdrie is split into two floors. Upstairs is the entertainment section with a not bad selection of Cd's and Dvd's. Downstairs they have a really good selection of books and magazines. They often have sales on their books and recently I picked up loads of Cookery books for less than half price. If you want a magazine on a regular basis then they can be ordered in for you and staff are helpful if you have any queries. They also have a lottery machine on the ground floor which I often use as am nipping in for a paper anyway. You can also sign up to the website and you will be emailed money off vouchers. I have used these on numerous occasions in Airdrie branch without ny problem.
